VFR CROSS COUNTRY REFRESHER

This course is meant to bring the pilot up to standards in flight planning and flying cross country flights.  The course will guide pilots in cross country planning procedures (manually and via computer/internet), and flying the cross countries.   When conducting the flight portion, the pilot will be tasked with procedures, emergencies, and diversions.  This course is a must from the student pilot to the commercial pilot.  We stress the importance of planning in the ever changing flight environment. This course includes 2 hours of ground training by a Certified Flight Instructor and 2 hours of training in the Redbird FMX full motion flight simulator.
